Day 10 to Chumphon completed..

Just arrived at Novotel Chumphon. 

End of a wonderful Day :)))

Pleased to say we kept ON the Route Book today and managed to hit nearly every pot hole there was to hit on page 10.9 ... Thankfully it was only a 9km stretch. They will probably be a bit of tweeking going on in the carpark this evening.. 

There have been lots of goings on we hear. One member of Xena crew flew off to Bangkok for 'supplies' and ap. a gearbox arrived for Car 40 but may have been sent back in error :((

We took part in the Regularity but we were mighty slow.. It was a steep climb up and a matching steep drop the other side..

So will probably be the slowest lol but great day.. 

We met the 4x4 at the 'Stop line' - but pleased to say this time The Old Girl ground to a halt at the side and not in the back of...

Not sure what these large nuts are seen drying out at the roadside.. 

Will research further...
