We leave The Copthorne Hotel this morning and head 420 km to our next destination in Khota Bharu.
The Copthorne is a peculiar place perched up over 1600 above sea level. It was a bit creepy going off to sleep after reading a report on Trip Adviser.. One couple reported seeing a lady with long hair just standing at the foot of their bed in the early hours... Lol Was prop just the T lady!! So yikes i thought a Horlicks would be sufficient to wash the fish and chips down with!!!
David adjusted the points last night so he is confident that this should do the trick.. New plugs, new petrol filter and now we will head off at 8 something or other. Will check the board after a spot of brekkers...
Last nights results for the Test of the Day below. David was pleased with his result. He took it nice and steady. Trying to keep the old girl going a few more days!!!
It was a lovely blast through another Plantation.. All ribboned off so no room for error.. The locals must think we are bonkers racing these mad machines along the plantation.. One car we hear went off the track again. (Hopefully not the same silly billy as yesterday!) ..
Mmmmm 'Fish n Chips' what better for a couple of weary travellers ...
